Seniors - Fight the bodily signs of aging through the practice of yoga. Improve joint flexibility, maintain muscle and bone mass, increase your range of motion and feel younger again. Traditional poses are modified using balls, chair, straps and blocks, so that our senior yogis get the most out of their practice.

Parent & Child Yoga - Enjoy a fun-filled one hour yoga class with your child Explore yoga through stories, song and Play for younger children (2-6 years old). For children 7 years and older, have fun, move and stretch with individual and partner poses.

Prenatal Yoga - Yoga is truly great for pregnant women. When properly practiced yoga increases flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. We understand that pregnancy is a hugely physical experience, and that women often become hyperaware of many changes their body is going through.

Yoga allows you to adapt more gracefully to these changes and to feel a sense of integration and appreciation for your body. Many women find that regular yoga practice helps to reduce swelling, back and leg pain, and insomnia.

In our Prenatal Yoga Class there is a strong emphasis on body/mind awareness, by honoring not just the joys of pregnancy, but rather allowing all feelings to be acknowledged in an environment of acceptance and support, a wonderful sense of community develops. The yoga practice also develops concentration, focus and reduces stress

Postnatal Yoga - Believe us (for we know!) pregnancy causes even the straightest arrows to begin slouching. After the birth of your baby you start nursing, pushing a stroller, lifting baby ... then your posture will really begin to suffer.

A Benefit of yoga is increased back and shoulder strength which improves your posture. Yoga also opens up your chest, to help you stand tall again.

Another major benefit to joining us in our postnatal class is that it's a great way to make new friends, all of whom are facing the same challenges you are. The class at our studio allows you tap into this invaluable support network.

Yoga emphasises breathing, it really does help you breathe more deeply. For many women this deep breathing triggers a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being. And the calmer and more relaxed your are, the calmer your baby will be.

Group Therapeutic - Therapeutic Yoga will help individuals suffering from the effects of stress, pain, illness or injury. Therapeutic Yoga uses gentle yoga postures, breathing and meditation in combination with the principles of anatomy and physiology to reduce pain, and tension

Yoga @ School - A wonderful addition to regular Physical Education programming for grades three to twelve that can be used as part of the cross-training unit in most Board Physical Education Programs. In this fun student-focused program students will learn techniques for safe stretching, relaxation and breathing. Yoga can increase strength, flexibility, and improve coordination and balance. Students will learn breathing techniques that can help them deal with stress, and anxiety surrounding peer pressure and self-image. They will have fun working through many new and challenging poses and learn how to approach life challenges with the same amount of positivity and enthusiasm.

Yoga @ work - A great way to fit exercise into your busy schedule; our highly qualified Teachers will come to your location to conduct Yoga classes. A regular exercise routine can help you to improve efficiency, energise your body and mind, relieve the negative impact of repetitive strain injuries, relieve back pain and tension in the neck and shoulders. Learn how to breathe efficiently to increase alertness. If you prefer, or if you do not have the facilities, your group can come to the studio
