Our highly qualified Teachers are more than happy to answer your questions and provide you with all of the tools and support necessary to achieve your goals.
This four one-hour class series is a mandatory pre-requisite class that will prepare you for participating in our scheduled Pilates Group Classes. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a private or small group environment where special attention will be given to your specific needs. This program is not just for beginners, regular practitioners will learn how to improve their own practise. Topics will include Principles of practice, breathing, understanding the core, basic anatomy, strategies to support your specific body type and a breakdown of common Pilates exercises. Discussion and practice format. This series must be completed within 4 weeks (no exceptions), you will also receive an unlimited one-month class pass to group classes during the 4 week period so that you can practice what you are learning.

Enjoy the personalized environment of one-on-one training tailored to your needs and goals. Our highly qualified Teachers will provide you with hands on adjustments that will offer valuable feedback and increase your ability to execute exercises with precision and safety. These challenging one-on-one sessions will help you achieve great results, have an opportunity to ask questions, and learn more about your own body.
10 session package $600 + GST
Strengthen and lengthen muscles throughout the entire body with particular emphasis on core strengthening, developing body awareness and improve flexibility and coordination. Mat classes sometimes include the use of stability balls, thera-bands and weights. Participants can participate in group classes once they have completed the Introduction of Pilates Principles pre-requisite series.
