Myra has been involved in various aspects of fitness for most of her life but discovered her real passion when she began practicing yoga in 1998. Seeking a way to deal with the hectic pace of everyday life, yoga provided the outlet Myra was looking for. In 2002, she and her husband decided to leave their jobs to travel around the world for a year. This experience opened up both of their eyes to another world and upon their return, she decided to pursue her passion and become a yoga teacher. Myra has since studied with Ruth Dargan of Synergy Movement to become a Certified Hatha Yoga and Certified Pilates Instructor. Myra also received her Indoor Cycling Certification from Schwinn Fitness. It is Myra's belief that there is a style of yoga and teacher out there for everyone. The study of yoga and pilates is a life long pursuit and as such, Myra continues her professional development with many qualified instructors. Myra feels honoured by the students and teachers that have touched her life.

Michèle Lee is an Ajax native who has been practicing yoga since 1999. Michèle is a passionate yoga instructor, nature lover and sports enthusiast. Her practice is based in Hatha yoga and inspired by life.
Michèle’s introduction to yoga was at the advice of an RMT who convinced her to attend a class to help her with her chronic low back pain and to assist her in healing her various sports injuries. After experiencing for herself the benefits of Yoga and how she brought yoga to her everyday life, she wanted to be able to share with others these wonderful Yoga experiences. This is when she decided to become a Yoga teacher; “I just want people to feel as good as I do, when I leave a Yoga class”.
Michèle graduated from the Synergy Movement Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training program under the inspiration and direction of Ruth Ann Dargan in 2008. Michèle’s objective as a Yoga instructor is to share her experiences and passion for Yoga through her teachings to others within the community. While applying the principles of Yoga practice and the universal principles of alignment to the poses (asana), in order to achieve the ultimate goal of Yoga; the unity of the mind, body and breath (spirit).
