Sacred Chants with Hali Schwartz
In this 3 hours workshop, we will delve into some of the most
beloved of the yoga chants from ancient India's history. These
'hymns' have been sung for thousands of years in order to
connect the yoga practitioner with the source of life's energy,
preparing the body, heart and mind for the vigor of the yoga
practice. These chants bring us into a space of peace and
delight, are easy to learn and understand, and are timeless in
their meaning and purpose. Above all else...chanting is fun and
makes the 'yogi' feel light and happy! We will learn three of
the most ancient chants from yoga's oldest scriptures. I hope

Getting out of Pain with Susi Hately Aldous
After training thousands and students and hundreds of teachers,
Susi has established a few basic principles:
1. If you resist, it persists
2. If you force, you won't improve
3. It doesn't have to hurt to work
4. Age doesn't matter!
5. The slower and more thoughtful your movement, the faster you
will improve.
Most of us understand these principles. We innately "get it". However, taking the "getting it" into actually "doing it" requires some help and some guidance.
This is the purpose of this 2 day training. Not only will you leave feeling better than when came in, you will have a greater understanding of applying these principles into your everyday movement a so that you can manage, reduce and/or eliminate your pain, and move to a place of greater ease, strength and flexibility. And, if you are a teacher you will have a wealth of information, tools and techniques to use with your own students.
